Slitting Production Process

Our slitting process involves the following steps to ensure optimal performance and quality:

  1. Uncoiling: The coil is loaded onto the uncoiler, where it is securely positioned for processing.
  2. Slitting: The material passes through rotary knives that slit it to the desired widths. Our precision knives ensure clean, burr-free edges.
  3. Recoiling: After slitting, the strips are recoiled onto separate spools, ready for further processing or shipment.
